The Citizens' Assembly is part of a research project by the Universities of Zurich and Geneva, which are joining forces via the Centre for Democracy Aarau (ZDA). The two initiators of the project are Prof Dr Daniel Kübler (UZH) and Prof Dr Nenad Stojanović (UNIGE).
